MTN’s sustainability disclosures are structured and informed by the voluntary Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards (2021) and the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Sustainability Disclosure Standards (IFRS S1 and IFRS S2), which have fully integrated the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) guidance.
