Welcome to the suite of MTN's annual reports for 2024

Produced under the theme of "Accelerating Africa's digital future", these reports provide our stakeholders with a comprehensive overview of MTN's value creation journey, including our operational and strategic performance in the year, as well as our prospects for the period ahead.

In a year which marked the Group's 30th anniversary, we reported encouraging progress on delivering on our strategy and moving closer to our Ambition 2025 intent of "leading digital solutions for Africa's progress". We could not have done this without the support of our numerous and varied stakeholders, whose contribution and impact we provide in detail.

Our reporting suite

Our Integrated Report provides a comprehensive overview of the strategic achievements and initiatives for MTN including our operational highlights, financial performance and ESG value creation. This information allows our investors and other stakeholders to understand the overall health and prospects of our company. This report is accompanied by supplementary reports which outline MTN's strategic goals and how the company plans to achieve them. MTN considers a range of matters that can affect our ability to create value for our stakeholders - for the Integrated Report, this focus is primarily for short, medium and long term consideration. We create value for our stakeholders by living our purpose and progressing our strategic intent.
